Cancellation process

Customer is allowed to reschedule within 48 hours to receive a rescheduling.

In any event a customer must cancel a slingshot reservation same day for any reason. Customer will not receive a refund of security deposit payment .

Due to the company holding date or dates schedule and confirmed by renter.
