Cancellation process
At MK Slingshot Rental, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy before making your reservation.
Reservation Deposits
All reservation deposits are non refundable.
Your deposit secures your selected rental date and time and removes that reservation from our availability.
Refusal of service
Mk Slingshot Rental reserves the right to refuse service when necessary, including situations involving safety concerns, failure to meet retail requirements, or violations of our policies.
If service is refused due to customer’s failure to meet rental requirements or comply with our policies, the reservation deposit will not be refunded.
unresolved damages with return customers
In the event the Company refuses service due to a customer’s prior rental history, unresolved damages, outstanding balances, violations of rental policies, or other material issues attributable to the customer, the reservation deposit may be retained and applied toward outstanding charges, damages, administrative expenses, lost rental opportunities, or other losses incurred by the Company.
